I upgraded my subscrition by paying 49$ for a mnth. I instantly reverted my sub so I wouldn’t be billed in future months. I tried using my API expecting a call rate raise to 70 calls er minute as documentation states.
I only have free tier call rate of 3 per minute thugh.

So I’ve paid for performance but I don’t get that erformance because I reverted my account to basic subscription? This is wrong and your admin portal should recognize I am entitled to Pr performance for the rest f the month… but I don’t get it. You stole my 50 bucks as far as I’m concerned and my trades are already screwed for the week… and I wasted an hour figuring out were the break was, not expecting to be stiffed by you. fix your service and give me a refund.
