Interested in the above API. Got a couple of questions:
- You say ‘unofficial’. What does this mean exactly?
- How is the data sourced?
- Is the data updated everyday?
- What percentage of listed properties does it have?

I would like to answer your questions :
_ It means the API is not developed and released by the developers of Idealista. We use our own technique to reproduce the data and features as same as ones on the official site or application and provide them via endpoints having similar names. You should guess which one to use by its URL path name.
_ In general, you are going to get almost everything that you see PUBLICLY on the site or application.
_ The data is always live and synced with the site in real time
