Hello , You can use WhatsApp API that maytapi provide for group chat instead of WhatsApp Business API . Maytapi doesn’t have any restriction on WhatsApp

WhatsApp Business has group messaging feature now, but WhatsApp will remove support for group messages soon. Therefore, we won’t support this.
