500 internal server error

Hii Team,
I am getting 500 error from afternoon onwards.
Dont know where the problem is i have mentioned proper mobile number and api key also
I recieved 5 sms when i started using continously later it is showing this 500 as status code.
please help me out from this problem.

is your account having sufficient balance for sending SMS?
The code 500 usually indicates that the account is not having enough credits for sending.
