When will results for new season be available?

I am trying to get results for this endpoint:
https://sportsop-soccer-sports-open-data-v1.p.rapidapi.com/v1/leagues/premier-league/seasons/19-20/rounds/round-1

And it is still showing all the games as unfinished and there are no results yet since a few days.

Is there a problem? Last season the results came in within an hour (usually about 40 minutes)
My app depends on fixtures and results.

Hi ChromeQ I confirm u that as last result you should receive data in 1 hour. We’ve an issue the 1st round in PL: we apologize for this issue and it’s solved. You should not find this issue this weekend.
Let me know if you’ve other problem.
