Hey there, We've checked the API and everything is up and running. All requests should work fine. Please make sure you input your JSON correctly to the API. From the panel I can see that was the reason your request failed. Best regards, Jack from NextAPI mar. 4:36 7/5/24

Hey Dilolo, We hope you are doing well. After looking at your subscription from our end, we saw that you have used up all your credits for the API. We have attached the screenshot from RapidAPI as an imgur link below. [Imgur Image](https://imgur.com/a/wwSKuQ7) With your $5 subscription you get $15 worth of OpenAl Credits, which is equal to 15000 of the Credit values on the RapidAPI Platform (Each credit equaling $0.01). Everytime you make a request the amount of OpenAl credits you use gets deducted from the 15000 initial credits you have. The amount of requests you can make are 15,000 considering you don't exhaust all your Credit values. This was done so even small prompts to GPT-4 would allow you to use the API to max advantage. All this above has also been documented on our pricing page, and also the tutorial section where we have a guide on how to get started. Feel free to look there to understand it in more detail. We understand you might have had a bit of a misunderstanding, please privately message us and we'd be happy to sort out something with you to benefit your usage. Best regards, NextAPI Team mer. 1:28 1/5/24

Hello ayan101121, Could you please tell us what kind of requests you do? We designed the request limit to handle for most of our users, but if it causes some problems for some use-cases we would be happy to change the limit. Kind Regards, Jack from NextAPI jeu. 6:48 11/4/24

Unfortunately having the RapidAPI as the base url won't work. The header RapidAPI uses is "X-RapidAPI-Key: RAPIDAPI_API_KEY" while OpenAI uses "Authorization: Bearer $OPENAI_API_KEY". But this problem is fixable, you would just need to update the application's code you are using to work for that. Apart from the API key everything should be fine as we designed our API to be similar to OpenAI's as much as possible, the format and url syntax is same for us so if you fix the API key problem everything should work fine. I would recommend either doing that or making your own server which you run locally. Also we know some people like using the official OpenAI libraries, and those should be working as well as long as you modify the code to send your API key in the RapidAPI format. Hope this was helpful, do keep us updated and let us know if you have any other questions! dim. 9:00 31/3/24
