First off, thank you for your interest in Twinword AP! Unfortunately, only English is supported for now. For other languages, we wouldn't be able to provide you with an exact timeline but our team is actively working on it. I hope that clarifies things.

Although we cannot reveal our proprietary technology or algorithms, I can describe in principle how it works. Our patented technology that understands the relationship between words. This is so much more than synonyms as there is no synonym for the English word “nail”. However, related words like “finger” exists. We have mapped these relationship and that can be seen here: https://www.twinword.com/api/visual-context-graph.php Given two words, we can return a score of how semantically related things are by how close they relate to one another on our word map / word graph. When given two paragraphs, our technology identifies the keywords and does the same. The higher the score, the more semantically related those keywords are. For the word limitations, the maximum number of characters is approximately 75,000 characters. Max number of words is about 10,000 words. Everything after 75,000 characters are not considered and any words after 10,000 words are not considered. Please also be aware that within our algorithm, we identify from the text an X number of keywords we believe is meaningful according to our algorithm. The API is heavily dependent on those keywords among other indicators. I hope this explanation suffices.

Hi there, We apologize for the error you experienced! Generally our servers have been tested to handle the daily growing demands of users. However, please note that all our APIs publicly offered all share the same resources more or less. This means there are times when our APIs are under extremely high demand, which can cause congestions and even temporary server downtime for our APIs. Even if this happens, our servers are setup to automatically recover itself within 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the demand for these free resources. If you experience any further issues, please let us know here or send us an email at help@twinword.com

Hi there, We're very sorry that you're upset about the pricing. In order to generate high-quality results we unfortunately had to increase our pricing. As this API highly consumes our own resources, we're not able anymore to provide a generous free plan. The 10 free calls a month are for users to try out the API and the quality of the results before committing to paid plans. We hope for your understanding. Our other APIs offer higher free quota, maybe you'll find something that works for you. Best regards, Team Twinword
