Throwing 502 on running "/enroll" endpoint

Question

I've just subscribed and trying to test the "https://kairosapi-karios-v1.p.rapidapi.com/enroll" endpoint with default API key & host name "kairosapi-karios-v1.p.rapidapi.com" with valid image url but returning 502 - Internal server error.

I am having the same issue.  I also have a developer account with Kairos and that is still working.
