We’ve get 403 today when we try to get transcripts/v2/list.
Parameters:
ID: ndcvf
until: 1651415163
Also, it seems not only this company return 403. (Amazon etc.)

You may try again now, the IT team has fixed the issue. The official developers have released a new version of SA at midnight that causes the issue.
