It’s slow because if Instagram block our request, we try with another IP. The retry can takes many times.

FYI, the API currently fixed and run normally.

There is significant change from Instagram Public access. We can not guarantee it. I hope You guys submit refund request to support@rapidapi.com. I will approve full refund
