You can use the RapidAPI SDK which is available for Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, .NET, and RapidQL: https://docs.rapidapi.com/docs/getting-started-with-rapidapi-sdks

If your language is not supported by the SDK or if you prefer not using it, you can perform HTTP GET requests from your application to query the API, using endpoint URLs directly, for example:

https://telize-v1.p.rapidapi.com/location?rapidapi-key=___YOUR_RAPIDAPI_KEY___
https://telize-v1.p.rapidapi.com/location/8.8.8.8?rapidapi-key=___YOUR_RAPIDAPI_KEY___
