I'm getting the error resource: the server responded with a status of 429 (Too Many Requests)

after I use the API for a while I get the error resource: the server responded with a status of 429 (Too Many Requests),
when will i be able to use the api again?

Pricing states you get 500/month, does it refresh for the next month?

they only allow you can get only 500 request , so if you get 429 , change the api key (email address)
