Anonymization of Tables

The API shall provide the functionality of anonymizing tables.
More and more companies need their data tables anonymized to be further used. There are several regulations that require private sensitive data to be stripped away for further processing. This API shall strip away columns that might contain sensitive data.

The functionality is quite basic at this point and will be adapted in the future.
For now, it is a proof of concept. I am grateful for any feedback.
