Random 500 Errors with API Requests

Hey, we’ve been getting a lot of 500 errors for our API requests and have a 39% Error Rate in the RapidAPI panel. Can you check this please?

Hi moonphaseapps,
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We believe we have identified the issue to be with a third-party supplier that geolocates the end user’s IP address so we can provide accurate data. This service is apparently no longer working, so we need to look into an alternative solution for this. In the meantime, you can continue to utilize the lat and lon parameters.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’ve been notified by our uptime checker of the 500 errors. We’re looking into this urgently and will update you as soon as we have more information.
