Need Parameter name to fetch fresh data (Without Cache)

Hi Developer,
Could you please share the parameter name which I can attach with API Request, so that it fetch only fresh data.
It'll be good if you write " full example request url with forced refresh "아래에 의견을 추가하고 토론에 참여하세요.

Hi,
Thank you for having contacted us.
A new parameter has been added.
As you said, our results are saved in a cache for a maximum of 3 days.
By using this new parameter you will only have real time data.
Caution: The use of this parameter entails an additional cost. Each request with this parameter will count as 2 requests.
