I also checked every possible way to get hotel URL by its ID, but i didn’t find anything for that - only deprecating properties/list

I mean in the api results: there is no information about hotel’s url neither in the properties/v2/list endpoint, nor in the properties/v2/detail, if i’m not mistaken.
