Set your webhook url via the Keepalive endpoint, then you will receive a webhook on that url each time your Otter.ai account transcribes a conversation.

The webhook payload contains the full conversation transcript.
Then you can store your transcript in your preferred tool.

The Keepalive endpoint should be called every 7 days, so that this service remains active.

All data flows are securely encrypted.

No data is stored inside this API.
