The Count in Get user tweets does not work

I want to return only 1 tweet from a User but even if i put the count to 1 it return always 23 tweets.. Can you help plz ? thx a lot

Hi, same here, using 
Get User Tweets
https://twitter241.p.rapidapi.com/user-tweets?user=113657279&count=20
and count does not do anything
