Improving latency

Love the API. Looking to integrate it into my app, but the main problem I'm having is speed. Is there anything I can do to improve the latency of the requests?

Hey ! Sorry for the late reply - I missed your message. I am experiencing a latency of around 8-10 seconds when using the API. I am based in London. Is this a bad location to be using the API in?

Also, I would like add that I am really impressed with this API, and was wondering if it is possible to reach you via an email where I could ask a couple more questions?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. This API has a base latency of 2000ms to 3000ms, can I your latency?
Also, the latency you get depends on your location.
