Instance not ready

I try to push my integration of the WA API in production, but I have for all the calls an error message :

"message":"instance not ready"
}

Can you p^lease explain me what it is ?

It seems actually that the token needs to be regenerated. What are the reasons that can lead to this ?

Yes I do have a token available, and I made some test sending messages to my personal account, everything was OK. 
I made a bunch of test calls this morning before turning on my zap, and eveything was OK.

Thanks for your message. Have you scanned the QR code?

Before using any other endpoint, please call the GetToken endpoint and make sure you scan in the QR code first.
