Access denied due to invalid subscription key

Good day.

I subscribed with the mega plan but today it shows this message "Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource"

The susbscription key i got is currently the correct one we have been using for months. Moreover test endpoint is also shows this message.

Hello??? We are paying $70 for a service that is not working??? WEve used this API at this subscription price for 5 months now, and its been great. Now it isnt delivering a population of any content in our workspace. Our developer says this message “Access denied due to invalid subscription key” is blocking our results from populating yet the Rapid dashboard is tabulating each search like we are getting it???

Please reply. What is the problem, maybe you need to refresh endpoints and let us know so we can do the work on our end? Please communicate timely, we have a beta prodiuct to show to scaling investors.
