Still 504 Gateway timeout after 2 days - Incorrect support responses

1.) Your support with a response time of ~24-48h is a joke.
2.) Your answer " now everything is ok" was another joke, because after 48h I still get a 504 gateway timeout answer.
3.) Neither you nor support@rapidapi.com is capable to give a clear answer. support@rapidapi.com did not answer at all after 48h!
4.) RapidApi.com doesn’t seem to verify their clients, as these kinds of error messages show up with other providers as well.

This leads me to doubt how reliable RapidApi is. This is just sad and I hope other customers find out about this before they subscribe and pay for it!
