Hi, I have seen an increased of errors in the past 7 days, I have about 30% of errors in the processing, is this normal or where you able to detect the cause of it?

Hello Jmedina,
What language are you predominantly using? We’re seeing an error rate average of 2-3% (typical for our service). We did switch search providers last week and our response time is about 50% faster now. It’s possible one of our languages have been getting increased error rates that was missed by our QA, so it would assist us in debugging if you could share the language or some failed requests.
