Contact details for .com not showing

Hello,
I’m wondering why it’s not possible to see the technical / administrative contacts for some .com domains
Some .com 's that I checked do not return these details although external services such as whois.sc do make these visible for these domains.
Example:
plustrail6.com
vanamelsvoort.com
I’m using the BETA whois api but the non-beta doesn’t display this as well

The non-beta API now displays contact details for these domains. We cannot guarantee it will parse them for all registrars as the formats differ. Let us know if you experience any difficulties
