i get rate limit error on search, i request every 5 sec not 5 requests per sec. could you fix it please?

Sorry for the errors.
The API is affected by Twitter backend updates. This issue is now largely resolved, but bugs may still occur from time to time. A major update will be released later today and the API should be stable.
Still the same error. Trying to test spacing out requests even more - getting rate limit error.
I tried, it didn’t get better, also why the failed request is counted !? it’s return nothing but the request sucess so rapid count it as success request
We are experiencing a problem caused by the Twitter update, we are working on it to solve the problem. The API should work better now.
