Yesterday there were many HTTP errors 500, today the service works but delivers incomplete data:

Hi,

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We believe we have identified the issue to be with a third-party supplier that geolocates the end user’s IP address so we can provide accurate data. This service is apparently no longer working, so we need to look into an alternative solution for this. In the meantime, you can continue to utilize the lat and lon parameters.
