Yes, I’ve used that a lot already. It would be great for all the /detail response options. Randomly checking homes produces lots of null values, and I’m not sure if the result should be an object, string, integer, etc. Do you have a sample with every value as a non-null value at least?

No, we don’t. The response data is generated automatically from source. You have to add validation/checking logic before parsing.
