Hi team,

When playing around this API it seems like it is often running into 500 / 502 / 503 / 504 error. Also sometimes the loading is very slow. Such cases happens more often during the morning Pacific Time.

Any suggestion?

Hello,

Firstly, you should re-check the values passed in all parameters.
Secondly, our API provides live data so if you face issue with our API, please try using the official site/application at the time, you must have difficulty to use the site/application too. The official developers may do something with the system at the time (especially at weekends) that cause the issue. You should wait and try again later.
