I saw the Pro plan is 10000 / month quota Hard Limit, and 1 request per hour.
I have a question that, one month has 30 days, 1 day has 24 hours, so 1 month I could totally have 30*24 = 720 requests.
So it seems 10000 /month quota is meaningless? I can only have totally 720 requests according your rules.
