Error 429 Every time it runs the translation

Hello again,

I’m trying to run the API but i need to run it 4 times in every use (4 diferent located texts) and every time i get this message on at least one of the uses, could’u please help me understand the error so that it can be fixed, please.

Ok, thanks and which plan should i pick to have multiple concurrent translation jobs?

Hi, sorry for late response. It seems that there is indeed a problem with our pending job reset system. But we’ve fixed and now this should not happen again. Please contact us if you are still experiencing the same thing. For the Basic Plan, you can only submit one concurrent translation job. Thank you for your feedback.
