Uploaded image no longer existing

Question

I uploaded an image for use as logo about 8 months back, -- 
d48ed1e106fb3e48330a0b32d056ec3a836a3cb6.png

but since yesterday, whenever i try to create a QRCode, i get {"errorCode":5,"errorMessage":"Image is not existing"}

I need to know how the image got lost, do I need to reupload every x months?

Hello,
If you get errorCode 5 your uploaded image got deleted from the cache. Try to upload it again or use a image URL to avoid those issues. Please note that the upload cache is limited to 24 hours now. We kept the images for way longer than we planned to.
