Thank you so much for reporting this issue. We will investigate and correct.
As to regions, we do not offer them at this time but hope to in the future. We want to make sure we have enough global coverage at the same administrative level before releasing.
And also, states return provinces, but we have another level (regions), that’s not returned by any endpoints (as far as I understood)
