If I were to provide a nutritional table for say India - could you add this to your system ?

Yes we actually know the unmatched ingredients and can return those as well for later manual inspection.

So if it does not detect / match some items, can you highlight the unmatched ones - or does it show a match ‘value’ i.e exact match = 1.00, partial = 0.5 and zero match =0 or something like that , so that I know which ones may need to be done manually.

Regarding your scraping question. We usually only provide API access. With that access you can get 15.000 request in the $27 plan in one month, more than enough to get those 10k recipes. Putting the data in excel would be extra work. If you want me to do it it would be rather expensive (estimate $500) to write that code, you can probably find cheaper coders…
