Registering the images results in "Not Found" response

Question

I am trying to register an image from an Android device. But every time it responds with a " Not Found" error.

The image is being supplied from a URL. I tested the same URL using Mashape's interface and it works fine.

Secondly, I don't understand how the match API is supposed to be used.  When I pass a new File in Java, will the REST client handle the upload process?
