So why you cant update old event ids? you can do the same as you wrote about leagues
We have restored IDs for leagues.

its time too change our source api. i have the same problem.
There are no IDs for leagues on the site. it’s useless. you can update all leagues in 2 minutes. Using point v1/sports/1/leagues OR /v1/sections/1/leagues =)
