I would say the for the paraphraser, I would suggest maximum input be AT LEAST 1000 characters, 300 characters is between 40 words and 80 words and not nearly enough. The output length should be a maximum of output length be up to 1000 characters or more. Plus, the paraphraser isn’t even working on TLDRThis.
