I see. Well you can simply assume that GeoDB will never stuff a null element into a collection.

Fixed. The issue was in the import process affecting cities being updated. Note: There was an issue with Paola in Wikidata, where it was being referenced with two different Geonames ids. This has caused the import process to mark it as deleted. I've taken the liberty to remove one of the ids, but this will take a couple days to sync with the import process. Thanks for your report.
