Hello, I purchased my subscription on 10/15/2023. However, my API was not functioning until 10/29/2023 as is evident from my records and correspondence with Rapid. Therefore I kindly request an extension of my API service till 11/30/2023. I will recommence payment on December 1st 2023. Thanks. John
