Allowances and Penalties

Hi
UK racing is based very much on the handicap system (weights). Can you add a jockey claim, ie an apprentice might take off say 7lbs from the ‘official weight’. Or a horse that won a few days ago might get an extra 6lbs to add to their weight. This info is invaluable. Can Allowances and Penalties be added to the API?

For allowances: on 13/10/21 in the 14:05 at Nottingham the jockey Harry Burns has a 5lb allowance off the horse Manshoodah. So the weight was 9-0 - 5lbs (the horse will actually carry 8-9).
For penalties: on 13/10/21 in the 15:50 at Nottingham the horse Josies Kid was due to carry 9-4 but will carry an extra 6lb (9-4 + 6lbs = 9-10).
