How do we verify an email?
Our email validation tool is designed to ensure that the email addresses you are working with are accurate and valid. The tool uses a three-step process to ensure the validity of an email address.

First, the tool checks for the proper format of the email address. This step ensures that the email address is written in the correct format and that it contains the necessary elements such as the @ symbol and a valid domain name.

Next, the tool verifies that the domain name is valid and that it is not a disposable email address. This step helps to ensure that the email address is not associated with a temporary or throwaway email service.

Finally, the tool extracts the MX records from the domain’s DNS records and connects to the email server via SMTP. It also simulates sending a message to the email server to confirm that the mailbox associated with the email address actually exists. In some cases, mail servers may not cooperate with the verification process, so the results of this tool may not be 100% accurate.
