Subject: API Unreachable Error (502 status code)
Hi [Justin],
I am currently using your API through RapidAPI and have encountered an issue. I am receiving the following error message:
Your Client (working) —> Gateway (working) —> API (not working)
The API is unreachable, please contact the API provider.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue? Are there any ongoing maintenance activities or known issues that could be affecting the API?
