As mirko33 said we had a fire in our datacenter that took some days for the complete recovery.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, it was a very exceptional event that created many unexpected difficulties.
We are working very hard to increase the reliability of the infrastructure.

It was down for several days, following a fire in the Translated.net datacenter, from what I heard elsewhere. To be frank, for a paid service, the support here is, er, minimalistic
