You are indeed correct. Not all endpoints returning collections currently provide sorting. The thought was some of these collections being returned are small enough that they could be sorted in whatever way on the client side. If it is critical for you, I can add a sort param to country regions (as well as countries). As far as pagination, the results should always be paginated consistently, even without an explicit sort specified.

Hm, it seems that not all methods are having sort options, at least not the one I was looking for (GET Country Regions)

Sort must be available on any endpoint from my point of view
