Slow to download audio file

Hi! I’m trying to download audio files but is very slow… Is that really slow?

Source is not rate limited. Best speed you may found in itag 18 and 22.
If you are using audio files for conversion then it is best to use itag 18.
In case of proxied videos i.e. geo restricted videos, they may have some lag.
