Sorry for the problems! We had an issue with our server provider and the problem should be solved by now. We are working on a solution to avoid this happening again!

same problem. I switched my service to default qr codes for now. Please response here when issue is resolved
We are a subscriber to Ultra Plan at USD 99/mo and our QR systems are down because of this outage.
Same for us. And we are using it to generate a login qr-code for critical systems. Really bad right now. No one at the office can login to our systems…
In the dashboard the API calls are still counted.
Right maybe api is down
