A lot of null result

Hi,
When we use this API these days, we keep getting a lot of null results even if the reviews exist on Amazon.
Due to the situation, we have to keep requesting data until it is not null.
And the situation is getting worse and worse. The null result was nearly 80% time now.
It made us be charged a lot of quotas. We pay a lot for these null results.
If our quota is over the limit this month, it should not be charged.
