Suddently Not Working Properly

When I send user agent using header it retuning two user agent.
and it response body without “<” from a web page.
I expect “<!DOCTYPE html>” at the beginning but it returning “!DOCTYPE html>” only without first “<” sign.
I mean body response also not returning fully. It’s missing first few characters.
