Paid subscription doesn't gets updated

We first tried the eyecon’s basic subscription for 20 free requests. After we reached the limit, we paid for the pro plan of USD 6.99 but still the subcription in our account has not updated and we are hitting a limit error when trying to make a request in the API.

Need a solution at the earliest.

Hello,

It appears that you have paid twice, so I request that you raise a support ticket to request a refund of the initial amount. RapidAPI will hold onto all the money for a month and then release it to us. In order to receive a refund, you must create a ticket. I hope this helps you. As advised, when we contaced the RapidAPI customer support team, we got the following reply from their end.

Hello, I see you unsubscribed your plan after subscribing. Please click on pro plan subscribe button. It should not ask for payment, and if it does ask please contact rapidAPI support they will help to subscribe.
