why `User Videos` endpoint does not have time stamp of video.

I want user videos details with time stamp. 
It has all the data that I need except time stamp.

Is there anyway I can get time stamp?

I have two requests.

1) can you provide sample code for how to use cursor to get more next videos. initially it is giving first 30 videos only. I want upto 200 videos. 
or you can make it like `user follower` api, where we just need to pass count. and it is bringing that much of data without worrying about cursor.

2) In `User Follower` api, I am not able to scrap through `username`. Why it is bounded to only `sec_uid`

Please help me with these two things.
