What is the limit request per second can the service handle?

We are trying to imprive this, but at the moment, you need to leave at least 10 seconds between requests - when we can offer more, we will let you know.
Correct me if im wrong, its 10 seconds per requests?
The service is highly rate limited, so I would strongly recommend that you leave a delay of 10 seconds between requests.
